To receive a Green Card for you and your immediate family by investing $500,000 in TAP 42 EB-5 Funding, a Florida LLC.

To partially finance the development of two new Tap 42 restaurants in two dynamic locations, Boca Raton and Coral Gables, Florida.

To participate in an offering that is manageable and limited to a maximum of nine investors.

Tap 42 Boca Raton will be located at The Shops at Boca Center, a prime location in one of Palm Beach’s most popular shopping and dining destinations. The Shops at Boca Center feature luxury retailers as well as numerous fine and casual dining options. The Shops at Boca Center also attract thousands of visitors to its numerous free events, including concert series; varied stage performances; fundraisers; and, holiday entertainment.
